Requirements Come Before Cutting Metal
Aerospace work depends on more than nominal dimensions. We review drawing revision, material specification and condition, datum structure, tolerance relationships, finish and outside processing, inspection method, certification requirements, marking, packaging, and delivery before quoting. Questions are raised early, while they are still inexpensive to resolve.

Inspection, Traceability, and Documentation
In-house metrology includes the FARO Gage Plus, Nikon C6, Micro-Radian E3, 3D scanning, and laser interferometry. Certificates of Conformance, material and process certifications, inspection reports, first-article requirements, and customer-specific records are reviewed at quote and incorporated into the job plan.
Outside Processing
Anodizing, plating, heat treatment, passivation, and other special processes are coordinated to the requirements stated on the purchase order and drawing. Approved-source or certification requirements must be identified before the job is accepted so the routing and documentation are correct from the start.

Do you provide Certificates of Conformance?
Yes, when specified. Material, process, inspection, and customer-specific documentation requirements should be included with the RFQ.
Can you support prototypes and later production?
Yes. Keeping development and production with the same manufacturing team preserves process knowledge and helps avoid re-solving the same problems.
Do you claim AS9100 or ISO 9001 certification?
